At Naughty Bean Coffee Shop, we want you to enjoy every purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a refund or exchange. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Certain items, such as opened or damaged products, may not be eligible for refund.
