Shipping policy
Naughty Bean Coffee is a brand of Naughty Bean Consulting (Pty) Ltd. All orders are fulfilled from our facility in Helderkruin, Johannesburg, South Africa. We do not drop-ship, allowing us to maintain full control over product quality, service standards, and fast dispatch times. We have partnered with trusted courier providers to ensure reliable delivery across the country.
Unless a product is clearly marked as PRE-ORDER, all items listed on our store are in stock and ready for dispatch. In-stock items are shipped promptly, while pre-order items are subject to availability and production lead times.
1. LOCAL SHIPPING (SOUTH AFRICA)
Naughty Bean Coffee offers door-to-door delivery nationwide via The Courier Guy.

(Delivery to outlying or regional areas may take slightly longer.)
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of receiving them. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 2 business days. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier routes and regional accessibility. While we strive for efficiency, Naughty Bean Coffee cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier operations.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your delivery using the provided link or directly through the courier’s website.
All orders are processed and booked for collection immediately after confirmation.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or rerouted. This is due to security and courier handling policies.
If you wish to return an item after delivery:
- You must first accept the delivery.
- Returns must be arranged at your own cost.
- Courier fees are non-refundable.
COURIER DELAYS
Delivery services are handled by third-party couriers. Naughty Bean Coffee and its courier partners operate independently and may have different policies and procedures.
We are not liable for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier. For time-sensitive orders (e.g., events, gifts), we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance.
Orders cannot be canceled once in transit, as shipping services have already been rendered. Any returns will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, including applicable deductions for transaction and courier costs.
